Italian Beef Pizza

We wrapped up all the flavors of a classic Italian Beef Sandwich into a mouth-watering pizza. Our dedication to authenticity and quality ensures you get the true Chicago experience with every bite.

As always, we start on a canvas of our house made dough from imported, Italian 00 flour. We add a layer of mozzarella and then cover it with melt-in-your-mouth, thinly sliced Italian Beef. We then add our house made GRAVY reduction and let it soak into the beef before covering it with provolone and a generous sprinkle of Chicago’s zest — HOT GIARDINEIRA for that spicy, tangy chi-town bite! Of course, we finish it the V Way (Pecorino Romano, Oregano, EVOO, salt and pepper)

Don’t like it hot!? No worries! Ask us to use MILD Giardiniera instead!

Feed a family of 6 (or four teenagers!): 1 LARGE pan of your choice of salad (Italian, Garden, or Caesar), 2 Focaccia loaves of bread, 1 LARGE pan of Cavatappi Pasta slathered in our homemade Vodka Sauce – heavy cream, vodka, Prosciutto di Parma, garlic, butter, Pecorino Romano, oregano, salt, and pepper – and loaded up with our 100% All Natural & Gluten-Free Meatballs. Garnished with fresh basil.

Don’t Bring Home Our Pizza Unless You’ve Got the Stones to Do it Right

Because our dough has ZERO artificial ingredients, our pizza must be eaten right out of our oven for true authentic flavor. If you plan on bringing one home, we strongly suggest (like really, really strongly) you purchase one of our pizza stones. They’re only $20 and last forever. And, it’s the best way to recreate that same V Pizza flavor at home.

Here’s how:

Place the stone in your oven and crank it as high as it goes.
Put your pizza on the HOT stone for 60 seconds.
And boom! You’re back in Naples eating pizza the way it was intended. Molto Bene!
