We start with our house made “00” Dough and a layer of shredded mozzarella. Then, we add our slow roasted and incredibly tender pulled pork and sprinkle diced PICKLES all over to give it the perfect amount of tanginess.
Then, we add the SAUCE! Imagine the perfect blend of spicy mustard and creamy ricotta cheese — then drizzle it all over . I’m drooling just thinking about it. Then to top it off, we add a layer of Swiss cheese and finish it the V Way finish (Pecorino Romano, oregano, and EVOO).
